First time in long enough that I've exceeded my expectations.

Um, the reasoning for the outfit? Firstly I didn't want to do another generic Eddie picture to go with the other five million, secondly I first thought (before seeing it) FMA was closer to the 19th century than it came out to be. Slightly disappointed here, man. D: But it's still good. When it happens doesn't really matter in the end. xD;
